These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rev Advisor mobile application ("App," "Application," or "Service") provided by JSellurs ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using Rev Advisor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Rev Advisor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our End User License Agreement (EULA).
These documents together constitute the complete agreement between you and JSellurs regarding your use of the Application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rev Advisor. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You are not prohibited from using the Application under applicable law
- All information you provide is accurate and truthful
3. Description of Service
Rev Advisor is an AI-powered mobile application that provides personalized vehicle performance upgrade recommendations. The Service includes:
- Input of vehicle specifications (year, make, model, engine, budget)
- AI-generated recommendations for horsepower-increasing modifications
- Estimated costs, horsepower gains, and installation difficulty ratings
- Storage of generated reports for future reference
- Subscription-based access with tiered usage limits
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
You may use Rev Advisor for:
- Personal research and planning of vehicle modifications
- Educational purposes related to automotive performance
- Informational reference when consulting with automotive professionals
- Comparison shopping for performance parts and upgrades
Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Commercial Resale: Use the Application to provide recommendations to others commercially without explicit written permission from JSellurs
- Reverse Engineering: Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Application's source code, algorithms, or AI prompts
- Account Sharing: Share your subscription access with others or allow unauthorized users to access your account
- Automated Access: Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to generate reports or access the Application
- Abuse: Generate excessive reports in bad faith or attempt to circumvent subscription limits
- Fraudulent Activity: Use stolen payment methods, create fake accounts, or engage in chargebacks abuse
- Harmful Content: Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through the Application
- Illegal Activity: Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, state, or federal laws
- Interference: Interfere with or disrupt the Application's operation or servers
- Competitive Use: Use the Application to develop a competing product or service
5. Account and Subscription
Account Creation
- Rev Advisor uses Apple ID authentication; no separate account creation is required
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Subscription Tiers
Rev Advisor offers three subscription levels:
- Enthusiast ($9.99/month): 3 report generations per month
- Builder ($19.99/month): 10 report generations per month
- Pro ($49.99/month): Unlimited report generations per month
Usage Limits
- Monthly report limits are enforced based on your subscription tier
- Limits reset on the first day of each billing cycle
- Unused reports do not roll over to the next billing period
- Excessive or abusive usage on the Pro tier may result in account review
Billing and Payments
- All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal date
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
6. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimers

Rev Advisor uses artificial intelligence to generate upgrade recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

- All recommendations are AI-generated and informational only
- Recommendations do not constitute professional automotive, mechanical, or engineering advice
- We are not automotive professionals, mechanics, or engineers
Verification Required
- You must verify all recommendations with qualified professionals before taking action
- Always consult certified mechanics, engineers, or automotive specialists before making modifications
- AI recommendations may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
Your Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI recommendations
- You assume all risks associated with vehicle modifications
- You are responsible for ensuring modifications comply with all applicable laws
No Guarantees
- We make no guarantees about the accuracy, safety, or suitability of recommendations
- Estimated horsepower gains are approximations and may not reflect actual results
- Part compatibility and availability should be independently verified
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
Rev Advisor and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by JSellurs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:
- Software code, algorithms, and AI integrations
- Design, graphics, logos, and user interface
- Brand names, trademarks, and service marks
- Documentation, help content, and tutorials
Your Content
- You retain ownership of the vehicle information and data you input
- You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service
- We do not claim ownership of your User Data
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Application, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without compensation or attribution.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using Rev Advisor, you consent to:
- Collection and processing of your vehicle information and usage data
- Transmission of your data to third-party services (Anthropic AI, RevenueCat) as described in our Privacy Policy
- Storage of your data on secure servers located in the United States
9. Third-Party Services
Rev Advisor integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (AI), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and Apple (payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:
- Third-party service availability, accuracy, or functionality
- Changes to third-party service terms or pricing
- Third-party data practices or security
- Disputes between you and third-party services
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application (or any part of it) at any time
- Change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- Update features, functionality, or user interface
- Impose new usage limits or restrictions
- Require software updates to continue using the Application
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes through the Application or via email.
11. Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your use of Rev Advisor at any time by:
- Canceling your subscription through Apple's App Store
- Deleting the Application from your device
- Requesting account deletion by contacting support@jsellurs.com
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to Rev Advisor immediately, without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or any applicable law
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
- You attempt to circumvent subscription limits or security measures
- Your account is inactive for an extended period
- We are required to do so by law or legal process
- Continuing to provide Service would create legal risk or harm to us or others
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Application immediately ceases
- Active subscriptions continue until the end of the current billing period (unless refunded by Apple)
- Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy (typically within 30 days)
- You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination
12. Disclaimers and Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REV ADVISOR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI recommendations
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security or protection from unauthorized access
- Compatibility with your device or other software
- Achievement of specific results or performance gains
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JSELLURS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF REV ADVISOR.
This includes, without limitation:
- Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
- Vehicle damage or mechanical failures
- Personal injury or property damage
- Financial losses from purchasing parts or services
- Legal violations or fines (emissions, safety, warranty)
- Costs of repairs or replacement parts
Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JSellurs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Application
- Your violation of these Terms
- Vehicle modifications made based on AI recommendations
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Your User Data or content submitted through the Application
15. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to contact us at support@jsellurs.com to attempt informal resolution. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes within 30 days.
Arbitration Agreement
If informal resolution fails, you agree that disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Class Action Waiver
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Alabama for any legal proceedings.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and JSellurs regarding Rev Advisor and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
19. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
20. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
21. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
- The "Effective Date" at the top will be updated
- Material changes will be communicated through the Application or via email
- Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance
- If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Application
